Step 1

• Head to the DJUSD Webex Portal by going to https://djusd.webex.com

Step 2

• Login with your DJUSD email and password

Step 3

• Select "Meetings" on the left

• Find the meeting that you're looking for a select "Join"

• Then select "Join Meeting"

Step 4

• Once you join a meeting for the first time Chrome will ask for access to your Microphone.

  • • If you enable your video it will also ask for your web camera access.

Troubleshooting

• If your "Join Meeting" button is greyed out select "Call me"

  • • Then choose "Use computer for audio"

• If your "Join Meeting" button is still greyed out verify that Webex has access to your microphone

  • • Select the lock icon at the top left of Google Chrome (to the left of the URL and right of the Home button)

    • Make sure "Allow" is selected for your microphone
